I had some kind of mic issue after a few months, so I reached out to Saramonic. They got back to me quickly, the return process was easy enough, and I ended up getting a replacement without any real hassle. Overall, I’m really happy with how they handled it.

It charges every time I plug it in and I haven’t had any issues with it so far, it just works like it’s supposed to and that’s all I really wanted.

My order showed up sooner than I expected, and the tracking updated normally the whole way, which I appreciated. The only thing is the delivery box was a bit beat up, so I was a little nervous opening it in case something got damaged. Thankfully, everything inside seemed okay...

I’ve had this saramonic mic for a few months now and I’ve mostly used it outside. It gets tossed in my bag all the time and it still works fine. Doesn’t feel cheap either. I’ve dropped it twice and nothing broke so that was a nice surprise. The cable and clips are still in good shape too. Happy with it so far.

I was surprised by how far this worked across my yard. I walked all the way out and still didn’t get any dropouts, which I definitely wasn’t expecting. Nice little win, honestly

After I paid, I’ll admit I was kind of second-guessing myself and wondering if it was actually going to be worth it. But I used it pretty much all day and it still had charge left by the end, so that definitely made me feel better about buying it...

this mic is really easy to take with me anywhere. it’s small, lightweight, and just super convenient to toss in my bag.

It does the job for some things, but compared to other options I’ve used, it feels a bit hit or miss. The main downside for me was the phone support, which was spotty when I needed help

Setup was straightforward, and the accessories fit better than I expected. They didn’t have that super cheap feel some kits come with, which was nice because I’ve had enough gear show up with flimsy add-ons that it kind of chips away at my trust.
I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because I wish the case felt sturdier. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it did make the whole package feel a little less dependable than it could have. Overall though, it’s a useful set and I’m glad the essentials were included

I usually don’t put much faith in all the polished product wording companies use, but in this case the specs were actually accurate. What showed up matched the listing, and there weren’t any weird surprises...

I ordered this from saramonic.com, and first off, it does look really clean. The size feels just right, and it doesn’t come across as cheap when you’re holding it.
That said, a few of the buttons are smaller than I’d like, and the clips feel kind of awkward to work with. It’s not a bad product, just not quite as easy to use as I expected. I’d give it 3 stars for the design.

Just sharing this in case anyone’s nervous about updating: I ran the firmware update through the app and it worked on the first try. Setup was simple, and I haven’t run into any weird bugs so far. Obviously your mileage may vary, but for me it was painless and I’m happy with it

But they replied the same day and properly answered my question. It got sorted without a bunch of back and forth, which was nice. i was happy with how quick they were.

I bought this Saramonic mic just to make simple videos , but it has been kind of a pain . It picks up every little sound in the room , like my clothes moving , random background noise , and even my laptop fan . I tried turning the gain down , which helped a bit , but then my voice sounded too quiet . It is just frustrating to use and not really what I was expecting .

I bought a mic from Saramonic mostly because I was hoping the noise reduction would make a bigger difference without spending a ton. It does help cut down some of the background hiss, but stuff like traffic outside and my fan still comes through more than I expected. For the price, I can’t really complain too much, and the setup was super easy. I just wish the audio came out a little cleaner
